The Team
The Customer Service Team play a vital part in the running of each operating centre. Like a great engine, their customer service is well oiled and drives to ensure success. Their teammates go above and beyond to support all customers. From organising vehiclecollection to answering queries - no two days will be the same
What will you be responsible for?

  • Consistently and promptly responding to customer enquiries and requests in a professional manner
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements and timeframes as set by the management team
  • Dealing with members and private traders with sales and returns queries
  • Perform administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
What skills do you need to have?

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A clear and professional phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general
  • Be able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
