Maison Parfaite is a small family run business, based in Yorkshire.

We are an exceptionally entrepreneurial organisation, with a unique brand, and a very clear vision for exponential growth over the years to come.


We lovingly restore and renovate historic properties in North Yorkshire tourism hotspots such as the Yorkshire Dales, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Harrogate, York and Pateley Bridge, and we convert them into beautiful holiday homes and Aparthotels - which we then rent on a short stay basis to affluent and discerning clients from around the globe.


We have recently acquired The Burgoyne, an elegant hotel located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, with a rich history dating back to the 18th century.

We are currently looking for an Events Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing all aspects of events, weddings, group bookings, and celebrations.


Schedule:

  • Full time 37.5 hours per week
  • Flexible hours to match the requirements of events, with frequent weekend and evening work.

Location:


  • Central Leeds, with frequent travel to The Burgoyne, Reeth, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 6SN

Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of events, weddings, group bookings, and celebrations, from initial enquiry to final execution, ensuring that all customer requirements are met.
  • Work closely with customers to create bespoke events, tailored to their individual needs and requirements, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the planning process.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to source and book all necessary equipment, including catering, entertainment, decoration, and AV equipment.
  • Coordinate all logistics and timings for each event, ensuring that all staff and contractors are briefed on their roles and responsibilities, and that all health and safety requirements are met.
  • Manage all aspects of the event budget, including negotiating prices with suppliers and contractors, tracking expenses, and ensuring that all costs are within budget.
  • Ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard, always providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
  • Respond promptly to all customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the hotel's events and services.

Skills and Experience required:


  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • A full driving license and the ability to travel to different locations across North Yorkshire as required.
