OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
World Options are a provider of international courier, parcel delivery and freight services.

We provide a simple online booking system to businesses so they can compare the prices of the largest courier companies and offer the most competitive rates.


As the Operations Supervisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our franchise network, providing essential support and assistance on various operational queries.

Your role will involve addressing a range of issues related to carrier queries, auction logistics, cover protection, mailboxes, and shredding services.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our franchise network and facilitating effective communication between franchisees and relevant stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Carrier Queries:

  • Act as a liaison between franchisees and carriers to resolve any outstanding queries or issues associated with shipments.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to franchisees in escalating carrierrelated issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Auction Logistics:

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of auction logistics services for franchisees.

Cover Protect:

  • Promote and support franchisees in understanding and utilizing the enhanced cover options offered on shipping.
  • Address any queries or concerns from franchisees related to cover protection and provide timely assistance and guidance.

Mailboxes:

  • Advise and support franchisees on mailboxrelated matters, including setup, maintenance, and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure franchisees have access to necessary resources and information to effectively manage mailbox services.

Shredding Services:

  • Facilitate the ordering of shredding bags and arrange collections for franchisees as needed.
  • Coordinate with shredding service providers to ensure timely and efficient collection and disposal of shredding materials.

Required Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, operations coordination, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with franchisees and external partners.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.

Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes preferred.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management.

  • Full time working hours are Monday to Friday

£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
