Motorcycle Sales Executive

£15k basic / £44.5k OTE

Guildford, Surrey

Permanent, Full Time

Monday - Saturday (5-day week) 8.30am - 6pm

Duties and Responsibilities include:


  • To achieve agreed sales targets for new and or used motorbikes
  • Building rapport and lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Actively achieving targets on a daily basis.
  • Developing and maintaining full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.
  • Effectively manage the customer through the entire sales process; from enquiry to delivery and beyond.
  • Attending training on a regular basis to maintain product knowledge.

Your background & skill:


  • Proven experience of working within the motor trade car or motorbike sales.
  • Proven ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and conversion rates.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
