About the role


At a time of continued growth and drive towards automation we are recruiting for a Manager to work with our Chief Innovation Officer in assessment of new technologies, change management, and innovation across the Business Solutions group.


Requirements:


  • ACA/ACCA/CA qualification essential.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting (ideally UKGAAP).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A passion for technology and process.
  • Display energy and enthusiasm and a focus on achieving results.
  • A keenness to further your own personal development and career goals.

  • Ability to execute work efficiently, delivering excellent service to our client facing teams.
  • Acting as a role model for more junior members of the team, providing onthejob coaching.
  • Adhere to the firm's risk management policies at all times.
  • Able to provide fast and intuitive analysis correctly interpreting data.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage projects with client facing teams and data scientists.
  • Ability to lead and present project teams.

responsibilities

Your direct responsibilities

  • Building rapport with Business Solutions teams in all offices
  • Assess appropriate technology, be it off the shelf or internally built, to best service client facing teams.
  • Documenting product assessment and writing business cases on commercial viability
  • Determining project plans for Business Solutions teams to fit around client facing teams work load across seven offices
  • Managing projects and implementation
  • Determine training and review training course content
  • Provide updates to the Business Solutions partner group
  • Work with Audit and Tax Transformation Heads for a coherent approach
  • Be part of a group to determine best practice for working papers, technology use and process
  • Understanding changing client needs and assisting the business to determine how to meet the changing digital requirements from Clients.
