Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with the origination of debt financing for the business's real es ate investments.
  • Assisting senior members with the full borrowing life cycle.
  • Evaluating financing documentation and providing advice/recommendations on loans.
  • Conducting market research and monitoring trends to understand the impact of wider macrotrends on debt facilities.
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Experience working in a real estate debt environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel.
  • 2+ Years of experience in Real Estate PE, Investment Banking or Transaction advisory services at the big 4.
