- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar.
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Experience with office management software like MS Office, and others.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial operations.
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Calendar.
- Availability to work out of our London office, visiting Dublin office min 4 days per month and support regional offices virtually in EMEA.
- Project management experience is a plus.
