Our client is a very successful secondary school, delivering high-quality teaching & learning to students across Key Stages 3.& 4.

Elementa are supporting the school to recruit an an aspirational colleague to join their dynamic senior leadership team as Vice Principal.

The Vice Principal role is a vital one for the school and the post holder will work closely with the Principal.

The main duties of the role will include providing strategic leadership of curriculum, data and assessment as well as line management of several key areas and supporting the Principal in all aspects of school development.

This is a great secondary school to work at. Whilst a relatively small school, this carries the benefit that each member of staff knows pretty much every student.

You'll be working with an experienced, collaborative and competent SLT and teaching colleagues so you will have good support throughout the school.

Through the support of the large & successful MAT backing, the school has been judged by Ofsted as "Good".
