We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join our friendly and experienced team in our busy 4-surgery site in Warminster.
-
Located right on the high street with on-site parking and is close to the train station.
-
You will be covering a 12-month maternity contract within Warminster and with so many growth projects in the area at the moment there are potential opportunities for a permanent position at the end of the 12 months.???????

The practice has a core and steady team and currently offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments including Implants with further space for another Clinician, this practice has huge potential for you to grow the private revenue even further.

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
Managing a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of selfemployed clinicians
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
