Your Responsibilities

Nurture existing relationships with clients to ensure that Vector is providing an exceptional level of service and fulfilling our client's needs
Gain market intelligence and use that to build new relationships with clients to increase your presence in certain technology markets
Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure the best solutions are in place for all parties
Manage contractors throughout the duration of their contracts, making sure they are providing a full and satisfactory service
Become an expert within your field, offering consulting services on staffing costs and market availability

What we expect from you:

Previous experience as a consultant providing contract resource
A detailed understanding of the technology market or similar (finance, engineering etc.)
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work in a standalone capacity
