Assembly Operative


Contract:
Temporary to Permanent


Location:
Stoke-on-Trent


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm Rotating Shifts


Pay Rate:
£12.19 per hour

Our client is a leading manufacturing and production company based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Part of their continued growth, we are seeking dedicated Assembly Operatives to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.


Key Responsibilities as an Assembly Operative:

  • Performing assembly tasks efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions.
  • Utilising hand and power tools to assemble components.
  • Inspecting finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Desired skills and expertise as an Assembly Operative:

  • Previous knowledge in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£12.19 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 39 per week
