Quality Assurance Manager - Nursing Homes Salary: £60,000pa


Compass Associates are working on behalf of a Elderly Nursing Home provider who have a number of nursing and residential homes in the South of England.


They are now recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to be a part of the Senior management team based across the portfolio.


Responsibilities will include the development and implementation of a Quality Management System and the development of quality policies based on CQC standards, liaising with CQC and other external agencies as required, auditing process, this position is a responsible role and reports directly to the Chief Executive.
