We're on the lookout for passionate Full-Time Chef to join our team at Today Bread – a vibrant, sourdough-focused bakery café in Walthamstow. If you love cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients and take pride in making delicious food, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and cooking our seasonal menu, including brunch dishes, fresh sandwiches, soups and stews
• Working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
• Collaborating with a friendly and supportive team
• Helping to keep the kitchen organised and running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (bakeries, cafés preferred)
• A passion for great food and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Food safety knowledge (Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred)
