Temporary Contract to carry out the painting of an 8 bedroom professional HMO in Halifax town centre. Works to be undertaken over 1-2 weeks. Day rate can be negotiated or fixed price for the whole job.'Aspire Living is an award winning, young, ambitious, and forward-thinking development company. We are seeking a high calibre, hardworking painter and decorators(s) with an excellent attention to detail and work ethic to work alongside our existing team.
The Role
You will be working alongside our first rate team of trades carrying out development programmes from start to finish.
This job requires final coat applied by roller to all walls and ceilings and also all woodwork and doors to be painted.
Duties- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and precision in work
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 weeks
Salary:
£16.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- painting: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
