Job Title :
Catering Assistant/Kitchen Staff

Contract Length:
Initial 6 Months (Extension possible)

Location:
Scotland:RAF Lossiemouth

Pay :
Inside IR35 : £ 13.50 Per hour

Minimum requirement:


  • Maintain food hygiene, service, and presentation to a high standard.
  • Bar Duties, stock rotation, preparing and serving drinks to customers and assisting in stock checks.
  • Cash handling, cashing up of tills required for both Food and Bar services.
  • General cleaning duties included but not limited to cleaning of crockery, cutlery, tables, preparation areas, public rooms.
  • Vacuum cleaning, polishing, and dusting. Following a cleaning schedule.
  • Working a variety of shifts covering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Late Suppers. Follow recipes and prepare food for service.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
Up to £13.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
