Position Purpose
This position is going to lead the platform and portals team.

To help develop the architectural vision for Axi, the Tech Lead is charged with making high level choices and delivering solutions for business opportunities and problems.

They will be responsible for ensuring that the technical standards, tooling and platforms implemented by Developers within their technical product line are aligned to the guidelines and policies for the Technology team.

Major Responsibilities*- Collaborate with Product Owners to create technology solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements.

• Providing input to planning sessions for estimation of required resources to deliver the solution.
• Own the Technical Architecture and roadmaps within Axi and input this to the overall Axi Technology Architecture.
• Identify opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or business process improvement and assist in the preparation of proposals to implement these changes.
• Support and coach Developers in their technical skills and capability development.

Essential Criteria

• At least 58 years of technical experience with 23 years of mentoring experience.
• Strong frontend skills, architectural knowledge, and a solutionsfocused mindset.
• Mobile focus and/or Web focus experience.
• Strong and passionate about personal development.

Desirable Criteria

• Knowledge/Experience for AWS, Google Cloud and Azure would be a huge plus.
