We are looking for committed, caring and compassionate full or part time Night Carers who want to make a real difference by providing high quality person centre care for all our residents.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Assistant

Ensure that a high standard of care is delivered to our residents by recognising and facilitating their needs.
Promote and provide all residents with privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment.
Adhere to the company policies and procedures.
A positive attitude, reliable and flexible,
Go the extra mile to make a difference and strive to provide outstanding person centred care

Job role involves:

Working under the supervision of a Senior Carer, reporting any concerns
Supporting resident's with their personal care, taking into account their preferences and wishes
Observing, reporting and recording changes in the residents condition
Maintain the residents safety and wellbeing
Basic core skills as you will be required to keep numerical and written records
Excellent speaking and listening skills to clearly communicate with individuals
