We are excited to offer an opportunity for a User Experience Specialist for our valued client Coventry University Group, a global education group with a mission of Creating Better Futures.

As User Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent, end -to-end user experiences based on user insight are delivered.

This role is key in transforming user experiences and optimising customer journeys across the Coventry University Group's external web sites and apps, leading and acting as an advocate for user centred design in Marketing and drive UX/UI awareness across the organisation.

The post holder will champion user centred digital experiences that are engaging and driven by user needs ensuring consistency and accessibility.

Responsible for undertaking user experience research and UX tasks to help shape website activities and apps including evaluation and delivery of components and designs that meet business goals and the needs of end users.

Be educated to a graduate level or have demonstrable relevant professional experience and qualifications
Have experience in using UX design best practices for mobilefirst and responsive design, creating user stories, personas, storyboarding and prototyping online experiences
Have expertise in standard UX/UI design and prototyping tools with the ability to iterate designs and solution efficiently and intelligently.
