Motor Vehicle Technician - Bracknell
Our client is a brand new high end independent garage.

We are looking to recruit a Trained Technician.


The working hours initially will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an hour for dinner, but when they ramp up to 6 Technicians, they will be rolling out a 4 day week.

Initially Saturday mornings will be on a rota.

Package will be entirely dependent on skill level. £38k basic with an £5k bonus is a guideline but again, it's all dependent on skill set.

The plan here is to take all the good practices from a main dealer workshop, and ditch the bad, and create a really positive working environment where the team look forward to coming in each day

The premises will be state of the art, no expense is being spared
