Responsibilities:

Food preparation and cooking, following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
Prepare ingredients such as meat, vegetables, and sauces, ensuring they are properly cleaned, trimmed, and portioned.
Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, pans, and slicers, adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness.
Assist in the frying of meats, ensuring they are cooked to perfection and meet the restaurant's standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Support the food stock levels and alerting the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage of ingredients and implementation of hygiene practices.
Assist in the receiving and storing of deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage conditions.

Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the UK
Must be able to work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday, 8 hours/day with a 2hour break)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Aged 21 or over

Ability to work in both hall and kitchen
Essential
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
