Hybrid - Full time Salary DOE

They are looking for a driven and confident Account Manager to join their client services team.

Delivering growth by focusing on strategies that are grounded in human insight, exploring audience's behaviour and the drivers behind it.

They offer creative that is focused on behaviour change, using storytelling and human-centred design to engage peopleand motivate them to act.

Finally, delivering it all through intuitive technology, enabling people to connect more easily with a business by removing barriers.

For this position, as an accomplished agency Account Manager, you will need to support the growth of key clients by cementing solid relationships, identifying opportunities and running projects to the highest standards - never settling for good enough.

Hasa growth mindset and 'can-do' attitude, always looking for ways to develop clients in contribution to the growth ambition, commercial success and sustainability.

You will need to be a safe pair of hands along with being organised, dependable and trustworthy. Thinking ahead to ensure projects run smoothly, keeping the client and internal teams informed every step of the way. Being organised and methodical in yourapproach for efficiency and able to keep a calm head under pressure.

A strategic & creative thinker. You ask a lot of questions You want to immerse in to your clients business. You question what you are delivering to ensure it meets the brief and connects with the target audience.

You take initiative and can walk the fineline between working independently and needing direction, with proven experience managing larger projects or tasks.
