About the Role:

Salary:
£26,609 - £30,472 depending on skills and experience plus a 3.3% shift allowance, and a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern:
Full Time | Permanent | Flexible First options available
Under the flexible hours arrangements, you will be expected to work within the limits of
Monday to Friday 07:00-20:00 and Saturday 08:00-17:00

What do I need?
The key responsibilities as a Priority Services Advisor are:
Produce a high quality of work, paying close attention to detail, and intensely listen for customer vulnerability to ensure we comply with the industry regulations placed on us.
Speaking directly with our vulnerable customers, listening to their concerns, then making every effort to look after those who need extra assistance.
Register new priority customers on our database and keep our database up to date.
Be proficient in data input and managing spreadsheets and SharePoint.
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role, preferably with experience working with vulnerable customers in a fast-paced or contact centre environment.
- You must be an excellent communicator and you should possess a professional telephone manner along with exceptional customer service skills as you will be an ambassador of SSEN and its values.
- Organised, have experience in handling detailed and sensitive data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in handling sensitive, emotional, or difficult contacts.
