Internal Sales and Customer Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends to effectively communicate product advantages to customers
- Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into potential sales opportunities.
- Assist customers with order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues related to order fulfilment.
- Provide product training to customers, ensuring they fully understand the capabilities and proper usage of MotorScrubber machines.
- Utilize ZOHO software for streamlined customer interactions and data management.
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective sales strategies
:
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system.
- Actively contribute to the feedback loop between customer support and other departments.
Requirements:
- Experience with ZOHO software is beneficial.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in internal sales and customer support roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and innovative environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Friday: 08:30 am to 4:30 pm
Salary Range:
- £28,000 to £35,000 per annum
