The Client

My Client is one the UK's leading providers of Construction planned and responsive maintenance services in the Social Housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties Nationwide.

They are looking to recruit experienced Roofers Mates for their projectbased in Skelmersdale.

The Role

You will be working on a Social Housing domestic maintenance projects assisting the Roofer on site and completing general Labouring works.

Duties:

Assisting Roofer with following Repairs & Maintenance:
Full strip of existing roof
Replacing felt
Replacing tiles or slates

Tickets, Qualifications & Experience Required:

Current valid CSCS Card
Must have previous experience of assisting with Roofing repairs
Working reference
Eligibility to work in the UK.
