Global Accounting Network are partnering with a high-growth start-up business in the tech/manufacturing space. With exciting growth plans they are looking to bring in an interim Head of FP&A. The role will be a direct support to the CEO/Founder and bean expert in FP&A and financial modelling. Initial focus will be to review current financial models to ensure they are not making any short-term mistakes. This role requires someone who is hands-on, willing to get into the detail and demonstrate full widerbusiness understanding.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Finance Lead for Budget and Forecast process planning
  • Create KPIs, dashboards for multiple business stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and strategic objectives
  • Manage Group reporting, budgeting and forecasting in support of shareholder objectives, prepared adhoc analyses for various stakeholders
  • Review and develop financial models
  • Support founders and CEO with any ad hoc analysis / reporting

Requirements:


  • Fully qualified accountant
  • Expert in FP&A, Financial Modelling
  • Previous highgrowth startup experience
  • Ideally tech or manufacturing
