    Responsibilities:The School Caretaker will take on various responsibilities, including:

  • Facilities Management: Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the school premises.

Health and Safety: Implementing health and safety protocols to establish a safe environment for all.

Maintenance: Managing repairs and maintenance projects efficiently and within budget.

Security: Ensuring the security of the premises and acting as a key holder.

Groundskeeping: Overseeing grounds maintenance and landscaping.

Contractor Management: Collaborating with contractors to maintain and improve facilities.

Event Support: Setting up spaces for school events and activities.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in facilities management, caretaking, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
