Temporary Events Administrator - Erskine, United Kingdom - Allstaff
Description
Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our well-established client based in Erskine, who are seeking a temporary Events Assistant.
Duties of this role include:
- Assist in setting up, delivering, and breaking down events.
- Coordinate preevent and onsite volunteer activities.
- Provide training to ensure volunteers understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage throughout the event.
- Serve as the main point of contact for volunteers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Supervise volunteers during the event, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Gather feedback from volunteers for evaluation and improvement of future events.
This role will require flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required, especially during show dates (24th - 27th May Strong administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer skills and ability to adapt to new software.
Prior experience in events management, familiarity with Raiser's Edge database and possession of a full UK driving license is desirable.
Allstaff is operating as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary staff, engaging and paying workers directly and supplying to a client who will control the worker in the course of their work.
