Recruitment Specialist - ASIC Division
Bristol

You will be focusing on key clients in the ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuits) market across the UK & Europe.

This will include the following job title example and technology but not limited to:

Digital IC Design & Verification Engineers; Including Front-end / Back-end / Full Flow Designers, EDA Engineers. Full flow from RTL-GDSII. ASIC, FPGA, RTL, VHDL, Verilog, STA, Synthesis, PnR, Floorplanning, Primetime, Specman, System Verilog OVM/UVM. Cadence,Synopsys, Mentor, Magma.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Development and Management:

Cultivating and servicing existing accounts responsible for winning new business when required to grow your desk in the ASIC space
Negotiation of contract rates, permanent introduction fees and retainer proposals
Build indepth knowledge of your sector
Regularly ask for and receive referrals and recommendations on LinkedIn
