About the role:


We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our UK People team, who will be reporting into our Head of People and Culture and working with our Senior Recruitment Coordinator.

This role can either be based in our London or East Midlands office.


We are looking for someone to join our award winning UK team, in helping us to recruit for some very cool events across the world.

This role will be pivotal in the success of these events and ensuring our team continues to be made up of the best in the business.


The main focus for this role will be supporting the Head of People and Culture with the recruitment cycle, including job adverts, shortlisting, interview coordination and onboarding of team members.

This role will be fast paced and will require someone with a real 'can do' attitude that is ready to learn and get stuck in.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Managing our applicant tracking system TeamTailor
  • Writing and posting job descriptions
  • Compiling offer to work letters
  • Ensuring all roles are added to Liveforce
  • Keeping all reports and spreadsheets up to date
  • Scheduling interviews and meetings
  • Occasionally working onsite as part of our project team in order to gain experience and fully understand the roles that we recruit to


You will act as a role model for the Far and Beyond values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do, as well as providing support in shaping and implementing new people initiatives and processes.


As with all roles within the company, during less busy periods, this role will be required to fulfil other roles as needed, for example supporting our project teams and working onsite in assistant roles.


About you:


  • London or East Midlands based
  • You will be required to work from either our London office (central) or from our Castle Donington office.
  • Experience in a HR support role
  • Experience of supporting/providing an efficient recruitment service
  • Strong communicator who is confident liaising with people at all levels
  • Experience working with data and databases
  • Capable of prioritising your own workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient with MS Office suite

DESIRABLE

  • Experience of using Google Workspace
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
  • Previous experience within live events

SALARY
Dependent on whether based in our London or East Midlands office

London:
£29,000 per annum, one year fixed term contract (with opportunity to extend)

East Midlands:
£26,000 per annum, one year fixed term contract (with opportunity to extend)


START DATE:
Monday 1st April 2024 (can be flexible due to notice periods)


Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. However events don't just take place between 9-5 therefore this role requires a flexible approach to working hours, with occasional evening / weekend work needed.


LOCATION:

London or East Midlands based (working 5 days a week based in the office)

Willing to travel worldwide as/ when required
