Description
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday. This role offers remote working.

Key responsibilities as a Senior Implementation Analyst:

  • Working towards meeting the requirements of both internal and external clients
  • Finding ways to improve the implementation practices and procedures to streamline work
  • Working closely with the development team to refine and improve the system to meet key stakeholder needs
  • Taking on additional responsibility within the project team and working towards leading the workstream
  • Coaching and supporting other employees and upskilling where needed
  • Attending 3 out of 4 quarterly team meet ups on the project

The ideal Senior Implementation Analyst will have following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in software development and implementation.
  • Experience of using Pension Configuration Tools and MS SQL.
  • SME knowledge in key configuration practices (e.g. Workflows, Calculations, Interface, Data Migration, Reports etc)
  • Confident in coaching and supporting others in the team
  • Experience and or qualifications in pensions desirable
  • Excellent communication and ability to document findings and report to key team members.
