Overview:


Mortgage broker vacancy in Reading, for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser who is experienced in offering mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, with an earnings potential of £80k plus.


Main Duties:


Our client is an established mortgage broker firm that has been trading for over 10 years and now has over 30 employees, require an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work alongside a market leading estate agency branch in Reading, that hasa £2m turnover residential branch.


This top performing estate agency branch will provide hot leads on a day-to-day basis, as the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working with the team in Reading, you will be expected to bank over £180k, earning £90k plus.


As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Reading area, you will offer the new and existing clients on all aspects of mortgages and the associated protection products.


With all the leads provided, as well as administrative support, tis is a unique opportunity for an experienced broker or mortgage adviser working in the Reading area.

Remuneration:

Key Skills:


The mortgage broker vacancy in Reading, requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser who has gained experience in offering mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.


Previous face to face mortgage broker or mortgage advice experience is essential for this role, along with the relevant mortgage qualifications including the CeMAP or CF6.

A clean credit history with no issues with the FSA or any other mortgage networks is also a pre-requisite

Mortgage broker experience working with professional introducers would also be an advantage.


Remuneration:

Based on the lead generation on offer £85,000 is a realistic OTE in year 1.
