Job description
Willow Brook mortgages are a family run, Award winning mortgage brokerage on the outskirts of Bath.

We offer whole of market mortgage advice and pride ourselves on a high level of customer service, so we are looking for someone who is motivated in their work while being customer centric.

We're looking for a protection advisor to join our growing team.

You will work alongside our mortgage advisers to ensure that all clients are fully adviser on their options to protect themselves and their families.

Key Responsibilities for a Protection Advisor

• Managing your own work schedule to ensure your clients get the best communication and service
• Discussing protection options with clients in detail to establish the best recommendation for each client

- liaising with insurers to get terms for policies

• Excellent track record in compliance/ file quality

Skills and experience required:

• Positive and professional attitude in the workplace
• CeMap qualified or equivalent
• Strong track record in the protection sector, where a high submission to on risk conversion can be shown.
• 1 years or more experience as a protection advisor
• Motivated to be successful and maintain a strong relationship with clients.
• Able to work independently, and manage your own workload

Salary:
£50,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
