Are you a passionate individual that loves supporting children or adults with special needs?

Have you previously supported with personal care?

Do you have previous experience supporting children or adults with complex needs and autism?

Role requirements for the SEN Teachers

Qualified Teacher Status from either a Primary or Secondary background with SEN experience.
Challenging behaviour is commonplace and a calm, understanding teacher who can assert themselves will be required.
There is plenty of support including several LSA's in each class plus an excellent leadership team who offer ongoing CPD.
A great understanding and high level of experience of working with SEN pupils is necessary
