The Harbourmaster wish to recruit a Part Time Housekeeper to join their team, the main duties being the cleaning of hotel public areas, guest en-suite bedrooms and holiday cottage.

This is a part-time role working 3 shifts per week, extra hours may be available to cover absences and busier periods.

Previous experience is not essential but desirable. The ability to be flexible, hard-working reliable and conscientious is essential.

This post is not suitable for children of compulsory school age.

The hourly salary for this post is above the current National Minimum and National Living Wage rates. The hourly salary for this post is above the current National Minimum and National Living Wage rates.

The hourly salary noted for this post (starting at £9.60 an hour) is based on applicants being aged 23 years or over.

Please note that if the successful applicant is younger the hourly rate may be less, £6.90 an hour if aged 20 or under, £9.25 an hour if aged 21-22.
