**The Role - SEN TA
**I am actively recruiting for a friendly and energetic SEN TA to work with students who have Special Educational Needs in a SEN School. The role will require you to work on a 1:1 basis with students, building a rapport with the students by providingacademic and emotional support, encouraging them to engage in their lessons and take a more independent approach to their learning. Due to the student's needs, the ideal SEN TA will need to be willing to take on challenges and must have experience workingwith children or young people who have Special Educational Needs as well as Learning Difficulties. This role may require you to work on a 1:1 or group basis, provide support within the classroom and requires a full-time commitment.
**SEN School - SEN TA
**This SEN school is located in the London Borough of Brent and caters for students between the ages of 3-19 years who have various Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and Learning Difficulties. They currently have 296students who attend the school and an Ofsted rating of 'Good in all areas from their last inspection.
