Description
Experienced Bookkeepers required for busy in-house bookkeeping department within a Chartered Accountants practice. You will work with a variety of clients, undertaking in-house and onsite book-keeping, using various software.Responsibilities:

- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including data entry, recordkeeping, and maintaining financial records,
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions,
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies,
- Assist with preparation and filing of Client's VAT returns, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations,
Skills:
-
- Experience in bookkeeping software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word),
- Experience of Sage, Xero and VAT filer would be an advantage, however training can be given on software packages.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping,
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively,
This is a full time post, 37.5 hours
