Sirona care and health has an exciting opportunity for a Safeguarding Administrator to join the Integrated Safeguarding Team, working predominately with the Safeguarding Children's Team in the North Somerset Area.


We are a cohesive and dedicated safeguarding team committed to the 'Think Family' model and so you will be working in partnership with health colleagues and partner agencies with a holistic focus on improving outcomes for vulnerable children/young people ensuring that their voice is heard.

We are a friendly team with a breadth of knowledge and expertise that we are ready to share and support the development of new colleagues.

The post holder will be responsible for managing highly confidential information relating to Child Protection and safeguarding cases, including the coordination of court reports and statements.

Communication and Relationships

  • Presents a calm and professional approach to clients, carers, external partners, colleagues and visitors at all times.
  • Ensures that sensitive and confidential information is appropriately protected when stored and transmitted. When dealing with information regarding child death/child neglect/child abuse the post holder is exposed indirectly to information which may be distressing
  • Provides information and advice to a range of internal and external contacts, delivering a high level of customer service using electronic, telephone, written and other channels of communication. The content to be communicated may be sensitive or complex.
