Are you a driven and detail-oriented e-commerce professional seeking an exciting new challenge? LampShopOnline, a leading online lighting retailer, is searching for a talented E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our e-commerce operations, contributing to the growth and success of our thriving online business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise product listings across various online channels, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Maintain and update the website, ensuring a seamless user experience and addressing any technical issues as they arise.
- Work closely with website developers to deliver a bestinclass online shopping experience for our customers.
- Support inventory management, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure stock availability and accurate forecasting.
- Monitor and report on key ecommerce metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future strategies.
- Analyse pricing strategies and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Desirable Experience:
- Prior experience in an ecommerce role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Magento is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of HTML coding.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to inform decisionmaking.

Our competitive salary and benefits package includes:
- Salary: £20,000 £25,000 p.a., dependent on experience.
