Main Responsibilities Include:

• You will be part of a team managing a large property portfolio, delivering highquality lettings and management services to our clients
• Undertaking the full lettings process and communicating with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to manage any issues through to resolution
• Arranging and conducting midterm and tenancy end property inspections and managing deposit negotiations
• Undertaking all work to meet our core values of integrity and quality service
• Arranging and attending property inspections
• Ensuring current legislation and guidelines are met at all times
• Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring company standards are always met
• Obtaining positive Google & Trustpilot Reviews

Key Skills Required:

• Has good IT skills and be technology savvy
• Negotiation skills are key and you will be wellspoken and wellpresented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Resilient, positive and friendly
• A Full UK driving licence holder and own car
