Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes.
- Collaborating with teachers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
- Assisting in implementing individualized education plans and supporting students with diverse abilities.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
- Previous experience working with children, whether paid or voluntary, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to support a diverse range of pupils.
