Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location - Cheltenham

Salary

  • Up to £32k + Monthly Commission upto 20% + Quarterly Bonus up to £5000
Full Time, Permanent

1 day remote working per week + Finish at 1pm on Friday

What will you be doing?

  • You take over a warm professional service desk.
  • You will build client relationships quickly and get a good understanding of their needs.
  • Winning new business within the professional services sector.
  • You will be commercially minded, achieving agreed sales and revenue targets.
  • Source and attract top talent within your industry sector, effectively selling client opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Liaise with senior contacts to develop and maintain good client relationships.
  • Manage an effective online/social media presence.
  • Identify process improvements through regular reviews and feedback.

You will ideally have experience within the professional services sector, or a similar transferable industry.


This is a billing role You will need to be comfortable generating new business, as well as servicing existing client accounts.
