About The Role
Working in a dynamic AV Support Team of eight at our client's headquarters in London City covering 100 meeting rooms, Auditorium, Dining rooms, Restaurant and Fitness Centre.
We are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment at a high profile corporate client.
KEY DUTIES
In-person meeting room support for high profile internal and external clients
- Assisting with connecting to room kits
- Assisting with joining virtual meetings
- Weekly AV functionality checks
- Virtual hybrid meeting support
- Supporting all major platforms MS Teams/Zoom, Webex
Virtual support
- Technical support
- Auditorium event support
- Audio desk operation
- Vision mixing
- Lighting set up
- Event planning
- Hybrid event support
- First line AV fault diagnosis
- Taking ownership of faults
- Escalation to Subject Matter Experts and Engineers where required
Global Support
- Assist with AV technical issues worldwide where required
- Contribute to Global Centre of Excellence as an example to other offices
Knowledge of the following would be advantageous:
- Cisco video conferencing hardware and software
- MTR
- Crestron control systems
- QSC processing
- Digital Audio mixing desks
- Vision Mixers
- Lighting control
- Dante
