Trainee Service Advisor

Croydon, CR5

£30,338 pa + bonus, OTE £34,800 pa

Mon - Fri 8am to 6pm

1-in-3 Saturdays 8:30am to 12:30pm

The Trainee Service Advisor role involves guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle, starting with initial booking of their vehicle into the workshop.

Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, timescale, arranging courtesy cars, liaising with Technicians, keeping customers informed of their vehicle's progress throughout the day and gaining authority for extra work and invoicing.

We are looking for a confident individual who will be able to provide a top-quality service, both face-to-face and over the phone, in relation to our customers who visit the dealership to have their vehicle serviced.

Full training will be provided, however applicants must hold a full UK driving licence to be eligible for this role as movement of customer and courtesy cars will be involved in this role.

The hours for this role are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch, and 1-in-3 Saturday mornings on rota from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Further overtime is occasionally available on request.
