Description
As a Payroll Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:- Responsible for maintaining your own portfolio of Clients, ensuring payrolls are completed accurately and on time
- Ensuring that all pension administration, including Auto Enrolment processes are carried out in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaise with HM Revenue & Customs as and when required
- Responding and dealing with client and employee payroll queries
- Maintain records and reports and payroll matters including details of benefits in kind, fleet car values etc
- Reconcile Clients payrolls ensuring that all new joiners are added to the payroll, leavers removed at the correct time and all payroll instructions are actioned
