Our client is a fully integrated healthcare communications agency who was won multiple awards and is part or a larger network of successful agencies.

Due to continued success, they are looking for an Account Director/Senior Account Director to join themedical education branch of their Surrey-based team.

In this role, you will be leading your team on multiple projects while being involved with strategy, planning, development, and senior-level counsel.

In addition to this, you will also be involved with business development, seeking out new opportunities andareas for organic growth, and contributing to developing proposals and leading pitches.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach and mentor your team
  • Developing, budgeting, and managing allocated accounts
  • Building and maintaining great relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development on existing accounts and new businesses

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Life science degree
  • Significant previous medcomms agency experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Previous business development experience
