Trilogic Recruitment are working with a
prestigious fibre broadband provider, looking for a
field-based Fibre Broadband Adviser to help them achieve their customer acquisition targets in Bristol and the surrounding area.

We're looking for an all-round sales superstar. Someone who is professional, confident, skilled, flexible, and totally focussed on helping customers find a better broadband solution.


This is a multi-channel sales role. So, flexibility is very important. Most of your work will be field-based, out in the community - knocking on residential doors in the areas we have connected to our full fibre broadband network. Your job is to convince prospective residential customers to subscribe and join our growing customer base.


You may also be asked from time-to-time to switch sales channels and spend some time making and receiving calls to and from prospective customers - who may have visited our website for example.

So, this is a job where no two days are ever the same and so would suit a professional salesperson who enjoys variety and can quickly adapt to different situations, challenges and opportunities with limited notice.


You will need to be resilient, and customer focused with a keen eye for details; keeping client and lead information accurate and up to date.

You'll also be supported by expert colleagues and a wealth of industry knowledge and experience from the rest of the team.

You have a clean driving license and own (or have access to) a reliable car that you could use to travel to your sales area (Bristol or surrounding area) Able to demonstrate successful experience in field sales and lead generation Comfortable with cold calling - either in person, door-to-door - or on the telephone.

Able to prospect using various mediums like organizing and attending pop-up events, phone calls, door-2-door calling etc Able to understand relevant data and be attentive to detail Able to exhibit patience when communicating with customers and to remain professional and always composed - even with challenging customers Able to be flexible to customer requirements Able to manage, maintain and prioritise a residential prospecting pipeline.

Previous track record of achieving sales growth budgets Able to communicate with people of all levels of our business Proficient in using MS Office suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint) and CRM Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude with the ability to remain focussed in a busy environment Able to undertake any travel in connection with the post.

Be a genuine and authentic colleague and team player Desirable An understanding of the telecoms and fibre broadband industry and associated supply chain.
