Morgan McKinley is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor with excellent communications skills.

You need to be passionate about providing the best care for your clients and have proven experience in a call / contact centre.

Our client is basedin Redhill/Reigate area and are looking to expand their customer service team. You will be working from home 4 days a week, and be office based 1 day a week.

Salary:
£21,000

Location:
Hybrid -1 day in their offices Reigate/ Redhill, Surrey

Day to day duties will include:

Customer Service Advisor duties:

Ensure customer experience is enjoyable by providing the best advice on their queries.
At least one year's experience in call or contact centre.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work under pressure to achieve the best outcome for the customer.
