Salary - £27,000 p/a
Peachy Productions is a successful event production company with offices in Salisbury, Aldershot and London. We deliver unforgettable live events from private parties to music festivals, awards ceremonies, conferences and exhibitions across the UK.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive marketing executive to join our small, friendly team in Salisbury.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your key role will be to support the company's marketing objectives and to assist colleagues with the day-to-day running of the office.

Duties:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify target audience and evaluate market trends.
• Collaborate with team members to create and execute marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Manage and update company website content and ensure its search engine optimization. Prepare monthly newsletters on Mailchimp to include event overviews, calendar highlights and industry news.
• Monitor competitor activity and products.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Assist with the daytoday running of the office including filing, raising purchase orders and sourcing suppliers.
• Provide support to the sales and accounts team in busy periods.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Proficient in using marketing software and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
