Are you passionate about delivering high quality care to service users within their own homes?


We are looking for experienced and compassionate HCAs to join our team and provide high quality care to our clients in their own homes.


About the role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a range of care and support to our clients, including:

  • Personal Care: this includes toileting, bathing, nail care etc.
  • Using manual handling equipment correctly and safely e.g., hoists, wheelchairs, slide sheets.
  • Providing emotional & physical support
  • Completing documents such as forms, reports & care plans
  • Light housekeeping duties: making, changing beds, tidying up, mopping, sweeping.
  • Engaging with the service user and encouraging independence
  • Performing all duties and responsibilities with a personcentred approach
  • You will need to have empathy, a cando approach and excellent communication skills to join us as a healthcare assistant.
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our clients
  • Communicating with our clients and their families
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in the UK
  • Valid right to work document
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
