As a

Local Property Partner, you will be the

expert in your area, responsible for supporting buyers and vendors throughout their entire journey. Providing excellent customer care to ensure every vendor & buyer has an amazing experience.

Our clients are all about personal relationships, and face-to-face contact with a professional, and friendly approach.

Local Property responsibilities.

  • Convert valuations into instructions to generate revenue
  • Be target driven and motivated.
  • Provide support and advice throughout the moving process
  • Conduct calls with customers and provide marketing to promote their property, using the highquality technology the company supplies
  • Manage offers on behalf of the vendor and purchaser
  • Offer all services to customers to ease the moving/selling process, using the company's mortgage and conveyancing services
  • Create amazing customer experiences with every potential client.

Could you be a Local Property Partner?

  • Estate Agency experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Roles that have included, Sales/Managers, Valuers, Branch Managers would be an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of the local property market
  • Target driven and selfmotivated
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Strong computer/tech skills an advantage
